I don’t think i’ll simply delete my ROC account, but i’ll definitely stop playing the game on the new age. As for now, i might sell it to the ones playing. The next question i have is about this alliance, we are basicly hanging here for the social side of all this, but now i think that all the ones that remains here once in a while are in touch over Twitter and/or Facebook (our group page) which makes me think about why am i still “maintaining” this site.

Things are that it doesn’t require a lot of mantenance so far, except for deleting the users, posts and topics of the spam bots. But now that i have to move this site to another server, i’d need to upgrade the forum package which can lead to problem cause we customized it and also to prevent these spam bots, i don’t feel like going into all of this just to keep an online archive of something which insn’t really usefull.

Basicly, these are the reason why i’ve come to the point where i’ll close this forum and stop playing the games. My plans is to move all the good content to our main page/blog and keep online this as our online presence for a while. I can’t let go all of CoF and i think that will be the way. I’m also willing to grant access to the blog to the respected members of CoF that would like to have posting access to make article about games or simply threads to keep in touch. I don’t know when these things will happen, but i wanted to let you know so you will not be surprised when things happened. I’m also curious about your reaction to my post and any suggestions that might lead to a better solution for all of us.

I hope you will understand my feelings and accept my decision.

So, now the Age 1 is fully launched and we are about 1 month into it. Things are going really good from what people in the alliance have told me. As always, we stand and play cooperatively.

About the gameplay, i need to mention that the new tool DOA linked me too in the last days is really awesome! I guess a lot of you people already know the ClickFeast or VRC tool that help you click the recruiter like more efficiency, but there is now one called ReconFeast that centralize all the recons data collected from the players who use the tool while reconning! It list all the players a website with their stats. So this tool is good for:

• Hunting: Can make a good farmlist or a place to look at the DA of people you can’t recon.
• Ranking: Estimate what is the next step to gain ranking on a stats.
• Stats: There is alliance and players stats also available

But over all this, what makes the tool really good is the people that use it. The more person that do it the more the data will be accurate and the more players stats there will be in the system. I really recommend this one, even more then the one to click the recruiter (i find the in-game one just fine for me). There is the Firefox pluging and there is also a version for Chrome, the Google browser (that i haven’t tried yet).

I really like it, but what about you? I’d like to hear your feedback and especially if you find some other usefull way to use it!
