Mass sabb Scrotumtagger

Here is a conversation i had with Scrotumtagger about why he showed up of no where in my intels logs. I also checked my messages logs and found that the original issue was 6 weeks old and about me sabbing him cause he stole me for (at that time) a little under 200 millions which was 3 turns:

I find it a little lame to come back like this out of no where after a few weeks and it now look like he is also picking on the chain:
