Welcome to KOC Age 9!
Another age of Kings of Chaos just started for a few months. Well last Age the Admins had introduced a new aspect in the game with the time remaining in the Age on the homepage, but this time it might be different.
Last night i was wondering why the time remaining to the Age was removed from the homepage of KoC. So i headed to the official forum of the game on GUA (GiveUpAlready) and i found this thread asking the user feedback about the length of the Ages. It is a multiple choices poll asking for what would be your favorite length for an age so i guess that is why it doesn’t appear on main page. Nonetheless, it might introduce shorter age cause i can’t image people voting for more then 4 months ages. Personally, I’ve voted for 1 and 2 months length.
About the other new features introduced, there is the new “Alliance” functionalities that is quite interesting. It let you set an alliance section for the members and make it easier to share informations. Here is the list of the other features/tweaks made to the game for the new age:
- * Alliances! Join an alliance with a group of friends and communicate in-game to stay up-to-date and attack more effectively! We hope to be adding to this feature in the near future.
- * When you find a friend and sign them up as your officer, you will receive a 50 soldier bonus
- * Race bonuses have been modified: Each race now has a sub-bonus, to further differentiate the different races. Choose your strategy wisely!
- * Sab turns have been removed – however the cap on the amount you can sab one person remains
- * The maximum sab % has been raised on medium-sized players to make them susceptible to sabotage
- * Spy and sentry tools are now sabbable. When sabbed, they are immediately removed from an opponent’s armory
- * Automatic soldier production has been made more expensive. Mercenaries and clicking are unchanged from Age 8
